For customers who received a temporary suspension notice via email, SMS, or the YouTrip app due to outdated ID card information
Please bring your original Thai National ID card to update your information via one of the following channels:
- At KBank branches by informing the staff to proceed with your identity verification
- At KBank ATMs with the K Check ID symbol by inserting your ID card to perform the identity verification yourself
Once completed, your card and app will be reactivated within 1–2 working days. Please be assured that this temporary suspension does not affect the balance in your YouTrip Wallet.
If you require urgent access to your YouTrip card and app, please reply to the email titled "โปรดอัปเดตข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนเพื่อใช้งาน YouTrip อย่างต่อเนื่อง” or contact the YouTrip Contact Center at 0-2026-3812.
