If you want to change card PIN, you can following these steps

Go to the YouTrip app and go to Settings in the side menu.

Select "Reset card PIN"

Enter your ID number for verification. You will then receive an email to change card PIN at your registered email address
- Click on the link in the email to set up a new 4-digit card PIN

Create new Card PIN
- Card PIN is updated
