How do I temporarily lock my card?

If you wish to temporarily lock your card, you can do so by yourself via YouTrip app

1. On home page, select "Card"
                                
   
    
2. Tap "Lock" to lock the card
                                
                                
   
    
3. Card is locked immediately
                                
   
    

Please note: To unlock the card, tap "Unlock"
                                      
        

If you wish to permanently close your card, please contact YouTrip Contact Centre via the following channels for further assistance

In-app message : Tap More at the bottom of the YouTrip app main screen, and tap "Help"
