Accessibility Service Detection Troubleshooting

Starting from 26 Jan 2026, YouTrip has introduced additional security measures to better protect our customers. If the application detects that your device has enabled "Accessibility Services," you will not be able to use the app.

To ensure uninterrupted service, YouTrip recommends disabling these settings using the following steps:

For iPhone

1. Go to Settings (gear icon).

2. Tap Search bar and type the name of the feature displayed on your app screen (e.g., "Speak Selection"), then tap to disable.

3. Once disabled, try opening YouTrip app again.

For Samsung phone

1. Go to “Settings > Accessibility”

2. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Huawei phone

1. Go to “Settings > “Accessibility features”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Xiaomi / Redmi phone

1. Go to “Settings > Additional settings”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Vivo phone

1. Go to “Settings > Shortcuts and accessibility”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For OPPO phone

1. Go to “Settings > System settings.”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Realme phone

1. Go to “Settings > Additional settings.”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For OnePlus phone

1. Go to “Settings > System”

2. Select "Accessibility"

3. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Sony phone

1. Go to “Settings > Accessibility”

2. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Asus phone

1. Go to “Settings > Accessibility”

2. Turn off each individually to complete. (List menu may differ depending on the model)

For Infinix phone

1. Go to “Settings > Accessibility”
