If your card is lost or damaged, you can order a replacement card by yourself via YouTrip app
- Select "Card" on the app home screen
- Tap "Manage", then tap "Card Replacement" at the bottom of the app.
Once you confirm your replacement card order, your existing card will be suspended and cannot be used.
- Once you receive your replacement card, please activate the card
Please note : There is a 150 THB fee for a replacement card from 31 January 2022 onwards
