How do I sign up for a YouTrip account?

  1. Download the YouTrip app via the App Store or Google Play Store and open the app to start registration. (Don't have YouTrip? Download now!)
                           

  2. Key in your mobile phone to receive OTP 
                   
  3. and input the OTP to proceed. For a smooth registration, it is advised to use the same number registered for K Plus app         
                     
  4. Tab "Sign Up" to register. 
                   
  5. Input your ID number for KYC process with K Plus app. System will switch automatically to K Plus app. (You need K Plus app for this step)
                   
                   
  6. On K Plus app, review your personal details, delivery address, email address and choose the bank account that you wish to link with YouTrip account, other terms and conditions. (You may update your delivery address and other fields). For security reason, your personal details once registered with K Plus cannot be changed in the meantime which may resulted in failed delivery of YouTrip card and difficulties in activating YouTrip card via email. Please revisit your details to make it most updated before applying YouTrip.         
  7. Confirm your personal details. Once complete, you will receive your YouTrip card at your delivery address in 5 - 7 days.
