How do I activate my YouTrip card?

  1. When you receive your YouTrip card, open YouTrip app to activate the card

  2. Enter the Y-number which is the serial number located at the back of your YouTrip card. 

  3. Check for activation email which is sent to the email address you provide during registration. 
  4. Click on the activation link. (If not found in Inbox, please check Spam and Junk mail as well)

  5. Setup your 6-digit App PIN
  6. Lastly, set up your 4-digit Card PIN 

  7. Your YouTrip account is activated and ready to use!
