Your YouTrip account is set to pay in the local merchant currency from your currency wallet. If the transaction currency is one of the 10 wallet currencies, the system will deduct from that currency wallet. Otherwise, SmartExchange™ feature will automatically convert from THB to transaction currency.
For transactions in other currencies that are not available in in-app exchange, system will deduct from THB balance.
Even if you have not exchanged the currency beforehand or do not have sufficient amount, SmartExchange™ feature will apply the live exchange rates for you with no fee and no markup for your seamless payment. In order for SmartExchange™ feature to work, you must have sufficient THB amount for that transaction. You can refer to "What is SmartExchange™" for further details.
Tips : For seamless payment, please ensure you have sufficient THB balance for each transaction.
