If user already authenticate the transaction on YouTrip application and confirm the transaction on merchant's site, YouTrip will not be able to reject and refund the transaction. User may contact the merchant first to ask for a refund on the transaction. Also, user may contact YouTrip as well to reject the transaction via chargeback process.
