If you enter incorrect Card PIN for 3 times, your YouTrip account will automatically be disabled. Please contact YouTrip Contact Centre in the following channels for further assistance:
- In app message: On the side menu in the app, select "Support"

To prevent your card from being disabled, you may change your Card PIN through "Settings" if you are not sure of your previously set Card PIN.
