If you enter incorrect app PIN for 5 times consecutively, you will have to wait 60 minutes until your next log in attempt.
If you continue to enter incorrect app PIN in total of 10 times, your account will be disabled. Please set a new app PIN or contact YouTrip Contact Center for further assistance:
- In app message: On the side menu in the app, select "Support"

To prevent your app from being disabled, you may change your app PIN through "Forget?" button if you are not sure of your previously set app PIN.
